About the Role The Complex Case Manager provides high-level, trauma-informed case management to clients with complex and high-risk presentations. The role involves coordinating care, managing risk, and supporting clients to navigate complex service systems while working closely with internal teams and external providers. This position suits an experienced clinician who is confident working with complexity, ambiguity and vulnerability.
